YH-DL2 Data Logger is a PDA multi-functional integrated machine based on Android system in CP systems. It can be used in cathodic protection effectiveness detection, stray current interference detection, insulation performance detection, corrosion rate detection, intelligent test post calibration, etc.

 

According to different application scenarios, users can choose a variety of measurement modes such as single ttesting, continuous testing, intensive testing and depolarization curve testing. The measuring parameters of the equipment include using synchronous on-off method or polarized probe method to measure the on-potential and  off-potential, AC interference voltage, AC and DC current density of coupon, free corrosion potential, potential difference between the two ends of the insulation device, soil potential gradient and direction, corrosion rate of the ER probe and residual pipe wall thickness, intelligent test post calibration parameters.

 

The device is equipped with a touch screen and keypad to easily configure parameters and view measurement data. The measurement data can be exported by USB interface or transmitted to the remote monitoring platform via 4G cellular network. The device provides accurate and reliable sampling data and large storage capacity, and is easy to operate and can process data efficiently.
