① Based on the centimeter level GPS (RTK) module, high-precision pipeline geospatial information data collection and visualization graphics such as pipeline routing maps, elevation maps, and burial depth maps can be completed by combining the longitude, latitude, elevation, and pipeline burial depth data of positioning points with GIS geographic information systems;

 

② Integrating ACVG and DCVG inspectin functions, two testing methods can be used simultaneously to locate the defect points of the external anti-corrosion layer of the pipeline, and real-time display of parameters such as dB value, IR% value, and corrosion activity of the defect points of the anti-corrosion layer;

 

③ Real time display of 4Hz near DC current and 128Hz/640Hz positioning current values, using AC current attenuation method (ACAS) to evaluate the insulation performance of pipeline anti-corrosion layer;

Measurement function

PCM inspectin - positioning and depth inspectin of pipelines.

ACAS inspectin - detects the current in tubes at frequencies of 4Hz, 128Hz, and 640Hz.

DCVG inspectin - DC ground potential gradient method for locating defect points in anti-corrosion coatings, determining corrosion activity of defect points, and calculating IR%.

CIPS inspectin - using the dense interval tube ground potential method to detect the on potential, off potential, and AC voltage of pipelines.
